Review Blitz for Beautiful Mistake by Vi Keeland

The first time I met Caine West was in a bar.
He noticed me looking his way and mistakenly read my scowling as checking him out.
When he attempted to talk to me, I set him straight—telling him what I thought of his lying, cheating, egomaniacal ass.
You see, the gorgeous jerk had wined and dined my best friend--smooth talking her into his bed, all along failing to mention that he was married.
He deserved every bit of my tongue-lashing and more for what he'd done.
Especially when that lazy smile graced his perfect face in response to my rant.
Only it turned out, the man I'd just told off wasn't the right guy.
Oops. My mistake.
Embarrassed, I slunk out without an apology.
I was never going to see the handsome stranger again anyway, right?
That’s what I thought…until I walked into class the next morning.
Well, hello Professor West, I’m your new teaching assistant.
I’ll be working under you…figuratively speaking.
Although the literal interpretation might not be such a bad thing—working under Professor West.
This was going to be interesting…

Review: 5 STARS!!

What a really fantastic book by Vi Keeland!! This book was romantic, funny, heartbreaking and it will definitely have you believing that everything happens for a reason.

Rachel is a very independent and feisty woman. She also wears her heart on her sleeve, at least where Caine is concerned. She plays him as good as he plays her. Their sexual tension throughout the first half of the book was hot, but then the last half of the book, it was scorching. I loved that Rachel wasn't scared of the challenge of breaking Caine's walls down. She knew he was worth fighting for and fight for him she did.

Caine is a broody, dirty talking, confident, sexy @$$hole and I seriously LOVED him!! I loved seeing glimpses of his past, because he isn't really up for sharing in the present, but Rachel wears him down and opens up all his wounds. I loved how he pushed Rachel and challenged her. Caine was very courageous for what happened in the past and I respected what he did. The fact that the past and present have collided in a way he never saw coming, well neither of them saw coming, was mind blowing!!

These two character have instant chemistry, even when they first met, and that whole meeting was just hilarious. This book made me laugh, had me tearing up a little and definitely had me swooning. I loved this book and these characters and I cannot wait to see what Vi Keeland comes out with next!!
