Oh this book was FANTASTIC!! I was on the edge of my seat from the beginning until the end. 72 Hours was thrilling, dark, intense & I couldn't stop reading after I started it.

Noah & Lara are not a couple anymore and all because of some miscommunication, but also because Lara was not thinking straight anymore and she was in a deep depression. I understood why "he" picked them. Noah was all alpha and Lara was this strong and confident woman who turned weak and a shell of her former self. "He" wanted to destroy these two lives, but he never counted on them still being in love with each other.

Oh gosh I seriously LOVED Noah, even when he was being an @$$. I mean the man is protective, possessive (in the best possible way), a fireman, strong, smart and just the whole package. I loved seeing both sides of Lara; the confident woman and the weak one. She went through a traumatic experience and it completely changed her, and I understood why and I loved watching Lara's growth from being weak to being strong again. She will never be the same again, but instead of being one or the other, she merged. Noah & Lara were smart and they fought with everything they had. I was literally on the edge of my seat throughout the whole book, just waiting for what would happen next. Oh and when we got to parts of "his" POV, it was just downright creepy and I loved it, because that is how powerful Bella Jewel's writing is.

This book wasn't just all action and no play; oh we got some play and it was hot, even considering the circumstances. Bella Jewel really did balance out the intensity and crazy with the beautiful and happiness. This has got to be one of my favorite books by Bella Jewel and I cannot wait for The Watcher!!
