Blog Tour & Review for Park Avenue Prince by Louise Bay

Park Avenue Prince by Louise Bay
Release Date: February 13th
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Park Avenue Prince, an all-new contemporary romance by Louise Bay is now LIVE!!!

I’ve made every one of my billions of dollars myself—I’m calculating, astute and the best at what I do. It takes drive and dedication to build what I have. And it leaves no time for love or girlfriends or relationships.
But don’t get me wrong, I’m not a monk.
I understand the attention and focus it takes to seduce a beautiful woman. They’re the same skills I use to close business deals. But one night is where it begins and ends. I’m not the guy who sends flowers. I’m not the guy who calls the next day.
Or so I thought before an impatient, smart-talking, beyond beautiful heiress bursts into my world.
When Grace Astor rolls her eyes at me—I want to hold her against me and show her what she’s been missing.
When she makes a joke at my expense—I want to silence her sassy mouth with my tongue.
And when she leaves straight after we f*ck with barely a goodbye—it makes me want to pin her down and remind her of the three orgasms she just had.
She might be a princess but I’m going to show her who rules in this Park Avenue bedroom.

Review: 5 STARS!!

This is the first book by Louise Bay that I have read and I loved it!! Park Avenue Prince was nothing like I imagined, it was BETTER!! This book was filled with passion, heartbreak, love & fear.

Grace is a very polished yet determined character. I respected her right away and for what she was accomplishing. She is starting her own art gallery to make her own money that she can live off of. Yes, her parents are wealthy, but she didn't want to live off of them and THAT is one of the reasons I loved her character. She has an inner strength that most people don't have. Instead of buckling under the pressure and just taking the easy route in life, she worked hard and never gave up. Her loyalty towards the people she loves is inspiring. She is kind, tender, and will give it to you straight. I think her tenderness is one of her best qualities. She doesn't discriminate who she gives it to, but with Sam, it means more to him than it would anyone else.

Same was a business man, in all aspects of his life. His upbringing was not the brightest, but he survived and made something of himself. He is a minimalist when it comes to material things, because he knows what it is like to lose everything at the drop of a hat. My heart broke for Sam when he was a kid, but I was happy that he had his best friend with him throughout everything. With Sam, his fear runs his life, and my heart broke for that too. When he meets Grace, it is like sunshine on a cloudy day. She makes him want to start a life with someone and she shows him how to open up his heart. I loved the banter between these two, sometimes, it was the best foreplay. I think Sam's growth as a character was very profound throughout this whole book and just reading about it was beautiful.

The connection between these two characters was there from the moment they met. Grace didn't want to be attracted to Sam, but there was something about him that she couldn't let go of. Sam doesn't do attachments, but he just couldn't let Grace go. The chemistry between the two was so combustible; they burned up the pages!!! I loved the friendship between Sam & Angie; they mean so much to each other and I loved that Angie was like a sister to Sam and protected him and vice versa. Sam & Grace were very perfect for each other and I just absolutely LOVED their story. I am glad I took a chance on this new author for me and I cannot wait to see what Louise Bay comes out with next!!
