Review Blitz for Ego Maniac by Vi Keeland

Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000038_00072]

The night I met Drew Jagger, he’d just broken into my new Park Avenue office. I dialed 9-1-1 before proceeding to attack him with my fancy new Krav Maga skills. He quickly restrained me, then chuckled, finding my attempted assault amusing.

Of course, my intruder had to be arrogant. Only, turned out, he wasn’t an intruder at all.

Drew was the rightful occupant of my new office. He’d been on vacation while his posh space was renovated. Which was how a scammer got away with leasing me office space that wasn’t really available for rent. I was swindled out of ten grand.

The next day, after hours at the police station, Drew took pity on me and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. In exchange for answering his phones while his secretary was out, he’d let me stay until I found a new place. I probably should have acted grateful and kept my mouth shut when I overheard the advice he was spewing to his clients. But I couldn’t help giving him a piece of my mind. I never expected my body to react every time we argued. Especially when that was all we seemed to be able to do.

The two of us were complete opposites. Drew was a bitter, angry, gorgeous-as-all-hell, destroyer of relationships. And my job was to help people save their marriages. The only thing the two of us had in common was the space we were sharing. And an attraction that was getting harder to deny by the day.

Review: 5 STARS!!

Oh my Drew!!! Ego Maniac is one of my favorite reads of this year so far!! Drew & Emerie's story was filled with laughter, sorrow and passion.

Emerie is the absolute BEST heroine!! She is funny, such a sweetheart, caring, believes in love and she has spunk. The first time she and Drew met, I was laughing hysterically. Poor Emerie gets scammed and then goes through some other hurdles, but I loved that it never got her down. I hated that someone used her a doormat and I hated that she accepted it for so long. Drew opened her eyes and showed her what passion and love is really like. I loved that Emerie never gave up on Drew and she was always there for him. Seriously, loved this heroine!!

Drew...oh boy is he one sexy and alpha hero!! He is passionate in everything that he does; whether it is work or his extracurricular activities. He has a messed up past with relationships and it has made him a little cynical, but when he meets Emerie, he finally understands what love is. He is captivated by her and her charisma. He pushed Emerie and made her open her eyes to what was around her. I loved that he teased her in a fun and loving way and she gave that right back to him. Drew was a great father and when he let go of the past, he was just that much more sexy being happy.

The passion between these two characters was off the charts HOT and their connection started as soon as they met and just grew throughout the book!! I loved seeing the transformation of Drew's character and I loved seeing Emerie find her footing and find her inner strength. These two were perfect for each other and their story is one of  my favorites!! I loved Roman and Drew's son. They rounded out their little family. Ego Maniac was very well written and I devoured it within a couple of hours!! I cannot wait to see what Vi Keeland comes out with next!!
