A timeless recipe that is sure to fill your heart with a generous helping of Sweet Haven.

***

This a longer length novella and is the second book in the Sweet series. It is told in dual POV, has an HEA, and no cliffhanger. Since Samantha and Jase are recurring characters from Sweet Temptation and Sweet Love, I recommend reading both books prior to this but it isn’t a must.

Warning: Due to mature subject matter, such as explicit sexual situations and coarse language, this story is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

Review: 5 STARS!!

Oh my gosh, this book was EVERYTHING!! I have been a Jase & Sam fan since Sweet Temptation and this book just solidified my love for them!!

Sam was sweet, spunky, a spit fire & kind. She is feeling a little lost and alone, but she won't be for long, especially with her moving closer to her family. Sam was a quietly strong heroine. She went through a really bad situation and survived it, but she suffered silently. She has always been attracted to Jase, but hasn't been able to act on those feelings, because of his feud with Sawyer. Sam is torn between family loyalty and true love.

Jase is cocky, possessive, protective...well he is just full on alpha male. I really enjoyed getting to know his character outside of being Sawyer's nemesis. He was loyal and his feelings for Sam are genuine and true. When push comes to shove, he has to choose between a long harbored hate and true love.

This book was more than just a love story, it was about forgiveness, letting go of the past & finding that one person you call home. K.C. Lynn has been a favorite author of mine for a few years now and she just keeps getting better and better!! This book made me cry, laugh & swoon. I am so excited to see what she comes out with next!!
